5. For Students: Free Service Terms

Our lead generation service is 100% free for students. You will never be charged by Martial Arts Factor for:

• Being matched with martial arts schools
• Receiving contact from schools

5.2 No Obligation

Submitting a request does not obligate you to:

• Join any martial arts school
• Purchase any services
• Respond to school contacts

5.3 Accuracy of School Information

While we strive to provide accurate information about schools, we do not:

• Guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of school programs
• Endorse any specific school or instructor
• Control school policies, pricing, or teaching methods

We encourage you to research schools independently and visit in person before committing.

6. For Schools: Partner Terms

6.1 School Verification

Partner schools must:

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond to leads within 24 hours

6.2 Lead Pricing and Payment

• Schools pay for qualified student leads as outlined in the Partner Agreement
• Pricing varies based on lead type (shared vs. exclusive)
• Payment terms are Net 15 days from invoice date
• Refunds for invalid leads must be requested within 48 hours

6.3 Lead Quality Standards

We define a valid lead as:

• Accurate contact information (working phone and email)
• Genuine interest in martial arts instruction
• Geographic proximity to the school
• Express consent to be contacted (TCPA compliant)

6.4 School Responsibilities

Partner schools agree to:

• Provide quality instruction and facilities
• Honor free trial class offers
• Treat students professionally and respectfully
• Not engage in deceptive or high-pressure sales tactics
• Maintain liability insurance

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on Martial Arts Factor, including:

• Text, graphics, logos, images
• Software, code, and design
• Trademarks and branding

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
